Frameless sliding terrace glazing
The terrace glazing system is comprised of aluminium profiles and glass panels fitted therein. Glass panels move smoothly on maintenance-free nylon covered rollers between the 3 or 5 tracked upper and lower guide profil. The height of the lower profile is only 9 mm, so it allows convenient use when installed on top of the terrace without the need for recessing. The connection points of the modules can be sealed with a plastic or brush gaskets to reduce noise and makes the space more dust- and waterproof.
Materials
The surface of the profiles is powder coated according to RAL catalogue. The glass selection includes tempered 8 and 10 mm clear glass and glass in various tones. Glass modules can either open to one or two sides behind each other depending on the overall lenght of the wall. Up to 5 modules can be opened on one side. A special glass knobs can be added to the first glass for more convenient opening.
Locking
Locks can be added – either pin lock, hook lock or latch lock. Hook lock is a locking with a key, which works from both inside and outside of the terrace. Latch and pin locks are without a key, therefore the terrace can be opened and closed only from the inside
