Are winter garden solutions heat-proof?

No, Malmerk Klaasium  offer only so called cold systems. All the products are made of single glass and therefore are not heat-proof. Our sister company Malmerk Fassaadid offers heat proof winter gardens.

Do you offer only bearing structure made of aluminium or can it be produced from other materials as well (metal, wood…)?

Malmerk Klaasium offers only bearing structure made of aluminium. Nevertheless our products can be mounted to the existing bearing structure made of metal, wood etc.

What solutions do you have for the winter garden walls?

All our products can be used for closing the sides of the winter garden: balcony and terrace glazing systems, railing and fixed glasses. Primary idea of the winter garden solution would be good to present when making the inquiry. This way we can easily give advice if that kind of solution is doable.

Do you offer also fixed glass solutions?

Yes, it is possible to close terrace and winter garden opening holes also with fixed glasses. We offer different solutions, but proper one can be recommended when we know what kind of opening needs to be closed.

Do you glaze also existing roof constructions?

Yes, we cover existing roof constructions also with glass.

Do you offer PC plastic for the roof constructions?

We do not recommend to use PC plastic to cover roof construction, because its lifetime and durability is much shorter than with glass.
